Master Electricians Australia partners with integrum for Integrated QSE system for members

Master Electricians Australia, sets the benchmark of excellence for the electrical contracting industry in Australia.

With over 2,400 members, MEA wanted to offer a fully integrated online Safety (and Quality & Environment) management system with relevant content conforming to ISO standards.

MEA searched the global market for suitable platform software for an integrated management system. The system needed to be fully configurable, offered as a white label platform for MEA branding, capable of handling thousands of subscriber companies in the one system with full security. It needed to offered with mobile apps for field workers.

Following  extensive search of the market MEA selected integrum.

The MEA Safety system has been active for over 12 months and a winning success with MEA subscriber members

An Integrated QSE Management System

The incident system allows users to capture key incident data, generate a risk rating, and receive automated notifications based on severity and category. Allows for managers to easily assign actions to closure.

Risk assessments, SWMS builder and Safety Site Construction Builder allow members to easily assess risks and build safety plans for projects.

The controlled document management system provides a centralised system for MEA’s model operating manuals, SOPs, work instructions, legal requirements and other documentation, all with version control and archive management. Allows members to check documents out from the master library and add to their own libraries.

The training and eLearning management system allows users to schedule, track and record training courses, accreditations and certifications of staff and contractors. Meeting management allows users to manage consultation meetings and follow up actions in one system.

The rich dashboards and business intelligence provide users with real time reports and KPI dashboards, and drill downs to underlying records.

According to Malcolm Richards, CEO , Master Electricians Australia:

In addition to maintaining safety duties, our members are now also able to track, report and protect employees with a range of tools whilst in the field.

This helps to build a safer and more profitable electrical industry, but allowing contractors to concentrate on more important things – their customers!

We’re proud of the system we’ve built with integrum, and look forward to developing it further as legislation and safety requirements continue to develop.
